A World Health Organisation study – that's WHO – has found that around 1.8 billion people in the world are inactive.
That means they do not move around enough. Yes, so according to the WHO, adults need to spend at least 150 minutes a week doing moderate activity, or 75 minutes a week doing vigorous – that means energetic – activity to stay healthy.
