I'd love to be the compassionate(富于同情心的) teacher, the tough(坚韧的) but fair teacher, but to my brilliant young minds, these scholars(学者(尤指文学方面)) for whom I'd stand up at all costs. I'm the sweaty(出汗的) teacher, not the compassionate(富于同情心的) teacher who, hey, by the way, happens to sweat, or even the teacher who sweats. No, the sweaty teacher. Adjective(形容词的), sweaty(出汗的), purposely(故意地) coming before noun, teacher, as if to say this is Mr.Lamb. Do not define(给…下定义) him by the profession(职业) he devotes(将…奉献) his life to. Define him by the geysers(间歇泉) he calls armpits.
Every morning I wake up in a cold, never mind. The easy-going teacher says, "I shouldn't sweat it." The loud teacher says, "Yeah, you shouldn't sweat it."
